The Story

This is what you call big-time sports fishing. The picture you see is a 115lb Sailfish caught about a mile out the "arch" in Cabo San Lucas, Baja Mexico. This fish put up about a 30 min fight which included 4-5 spectacular jumps and long runs. He expired in the fight so we decided to bring him in. I had about twenty 5 lbs steaks which I brought back home. Their meat is very similar to steak and barbecues much like steak.

Fishing

Well, there I am in all my glory with a limit on Striped Bass(Don't laugh they're legal). As you can probably tell fishing is my first love.
